Hebei Huaan Foundry Co., Ltd. (“Huaan Foundry”)is a newly founded large-scale modernized castings enterprise with the investment totaling 50 million US Dollars, covering an area of 120,000 square meters.
Huaan Foundry is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is 150 kilometers away from Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, boasting favourable location and convenient transportation.
Huaan Foundry comprises four divisions: Cast Steel Branch, Cast Iron Branch, Machining Plant, Inspection Centre.
The Cast Steel Branch is equipped with FAT Phenolic resin sand molding lines for production of steel castings and WELL Furan resin sand molding lines for production of iron castings. The Cast Steel Branch has gas burning furnaces for heat treatment and shot peening machines for surface treatment. The weight ranges from 50kg – 30000kg for steel castings and 50kg – 20000kg for iron castings. We manufacture and supply parts for rock crushers, ship parts, pump and valve castings, furnace parts, engineering castings,etc.
The cast iron branch is equipped with DISA 230X vertical molding line and Tokyu AMFV-III07R horizontal molding line. We focus on producting automotive castings, pump and valve bodies, compressor castings, etc. The cast weight range is from 1kg – 40kg.
Our product categories steel castings for rock crushers, pipemaking, pumps and valves, melting furnaces, tractors; we focus on producing large quantities of small iron castings with Disa and Tokyu molding machines.
Huaan Foundry has the complete range of inspection instruments such as spectrometers, X-ray tester, Magnetic Particle Test, Penetrant Test, Ultrasonic Test, CMM, etc. Huaan Foundry is certified to ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949.
